About Trish
A long-time professional writer, Trish has earned awards for short fiction, non-fiction and poetry. She has written two novels, The Gods of Thought and Memory and The Scales of Anubis. Her story settings range from the Orkney Islands and the Canadian North to Africa, the Pacific Northwest and the Middle East. Trish’s love of mythology and antiquities and her extensive travels inspire her writing. She lives in North Vancouver, British Columbia, overlooking the mountains, the forest and the sea. She is a member of the North Shore Writers' Association.
Trish finds joy and meaning in delightful things like secondhand books and china, coffee and pastries and hikes in the mountains. Besides antiques, history, archaeology, classical music and volunteer work, she loves beachcombing and collecting stones and sea glass in search of their ancient stories.
